Healthy, YES! Even the lard is healthy! This meat has flavor and isn’t that dry hockey puck pork chop you ate as a kid. We raise our pigs on pasture and a calculated amount of non gmo grain, not on an over crowed slab of concrete eating as much as they can get. We strive for a 250lb pig which roughly results in about 144lbs of meat. Using the processor we suggest, you'd expect to pay about $200 in butcher fees depending on the cuts you choose. Our pigs will be sold with a butcher date. This means, you will select the cuts you'd like with the processor and you simply pick up your order boxed and ready to enjoy!
